Pricing Disclaimer: for In Office Self Pay Surgical Fees
- The In Office Self Pay Surgical Fee listing only applies if the Santos Sinus Center is not filing insurance for you. These prices do not apply if the Santos Sinus Center is filing your insurance.
- The In Office Self Pay Surgical Fee includes routine follow up care for three months. Post operative sinus endoscopic debridements are not included in the surgical fee.
- Expenses or fees related to any in office surgical complications that might require additional unanticipated medical or surgical care are not included in the surgical fee.
- The In Office Self Pay Surgical Fee is a partial listing of procedures performed at the Santos Sinus Center. The fees are non-negotiable. Pricing is based on professional time, equipment and pharmacologics required. Therefore, if a different procedure is offered the price will vary.
- Full payment is required at the time of scheduling the procedure. Once a surgery date is set, careful planning is required, including insurance preapprovals, operating room, anesthesia time, and specialized equipment. Changes or cancellations significantly affect other patients and require additional time and recourses. If a patient needs to cancel or change the appointment, a non-refundable fee will apply.
- Less than 15 business days notice: $100 fee
- 5 business days or less notice: $300 fee for in-office surgery, $200 fee for hospital surgery
- No-show on surgery day: $500 fee for in-office surgery, $300 fee for hospital surgery
