The winter months can be very challenging to the respiratory tract. Dry air, indoor allergens, intermittent red mountain cedar pollen contribute to nasal inflammation, dryness and crusting of nasal secretions. Rinsing your nose DAILY with pH-balanced saltwater (normal saline) will improve your nasal health, nasal breathing and sleep quality. Remember to use distilled water, not tap water!
